Delivery

Sjöö Sandström offers home delivery to DHL service points, where you can pick up your package. For home deliveries outside Sweden, we use DHL Express home delivery service.

Your watch will be assembled by hand and the time of delivery depends on which model you have chosen. The estimated time of delivery on watches purchased on our website is approximately 14 days.

When your order is shipped, you will be notified by email with the tracking number associated with your package.

Returns

You can return your order up to 14 days after the reception of your package, provided that the product has not been worn, used, is not damaged, and is in its original packaging.

If you want to return your order, send an email to sales@sjoosandstrom.se for instructions how to make the return as smooth as possible based on your location.

The refund will be made within 14 days after we have received and validated the product.
