Returns

You can return your order up to 14 days after the reception of your package, provided that the product has not been worn, used, is not damaged, and is in its original packaging.

If you want to return your order, send an email to sales@sjoosandstrom.se for instructions how to make the return as smooth as possible based on your location.

The refund will be made within 14 days after we have received and validated the product.
